Embodied Boundaries:

Helping Ourselves and Our Clients

Honor the Flow Between 'Yes' and 'No'

with Deb Grant, LCSW, RSMT

When we understand and honor our boundaries we bring a greater sense of safety and ease to ourselves, others, and our environment.
Learn to work psychophysically within yourself and with your clients to more effectively recognize, establish and express boundaries.

In this daylong workshop we will:

  • Explore embodiment from a Body-Mind Centering┬« perspective and use embodiment principles to help clients sense their boundaries with ease, agency and comfort.

  • Experience the relationship and interplay between internally and externally oriented sense perceptions and how this effects our sense of boundary between self, other and environment.

  • Explore the relationship between developmental movement patterns that lead to distinct or blended experiences of self and other.

  • Learn how to support the ongoing flow of "yes" and "no" in the body, leading to empowered and fluid approaches to finding and establishing boundaries from moment to moment.
